Cheryl has more than two decades of experience in the market research industry and is responsible for the overall management of corporate systems and project operations. Over the course of her career in the industry, she has worked with category leaders in a variety of industries, including CPG, Health Care, Financial Services, and AgriBusiness. Her clients have relied on her expertise in designing custom solutions for a variety of marketing needs, including new product development, positioning, segmentation, portfolio management, and product/message optimization. Cheryl holds an MBA from Xavier University. |
David Howard
Director, Project Fulfillment, Data Processing, Corporate Systems
David’s core role is in ensuring company-wide corporate and employee systems integrity, human technology interaction training, and overall system stability, maintenance and security. Additionally, David actively researches the interplay between communication technologies & identity formation as well as the maintenance and evolution of on-line communities, and measuring the ever evolving behaviors of users in electronic social spaces with an eye on developing the company’s next generation of systems and technologies. In addition to having highly desirable interactive technology talents, David holds an M.S. in Applied Anthropology from the University of North Texas. |
Nicholas Page
Director of Field Operations
Nick directs field operations within the Ethnographic Resources Department. Nick draws on years of experience in the magazine, advertising and consumer research industries to develop and execute field research sample plans, designs, and protocols. Nick is also actively involved in the international expansion of SmartRevenue with a particular focus on Southeast Asia and China, where he lived for 5 years. Nick holds a MA in communications from Cal St. – Fullerton where he concentrated on issues relating to brand equity, integrated marketing and the Chinese consumer. |
Jon Keesey
VP of Field Operations & Ethnographic Resources
Jon oversees the recruiting, screening, and training of the SmartRevenue ethnographic field team. He has nearly a decade of operations and marketing experience as a small business owner, and has successfully launched several product lines. He was a PhD candidate (ABD) in anthropology at the University of California - Santa Cruz where he won the Excellence in Teaching award and conducted research in Haiti and Uganda. |
Aura Caplett
Director of Standards
Aura is committed to the development and implementation of the SmartRevenue ethnographer training program as well as the development of several of SmartRevenue’s best practice policies and procedures. Aura has been extensively trained in both quantitative and qualitative methods with a focus on ethnographic research methods and analysis. She is currently enrolled in SUNY Stony Brook’s Sociology PhD program. Her research interests include green marketing, environmental aesthetics, and the effects of environmental beliefs on consumer behavior. |
