SmartRevenue today announced that Kaye Young has joined the company as Senior Vice President effective July 1, 2010. Young, who most recently was Senior Vice President at the Kantor Retail, reports to John Dranow, CEO, and Dard Neuman, Ph.D., President.

“Kaye Young is a one of the leading authorities on shopper attitudes and behaviors towards brands at retailers, so she’s a natural fit for our growing organization. We know she will be a great resource for our existing and new clients,” said Dranow.

Young began her career with Johnson and Johnson – McNeil, managing accounts like Eckerd Drug, Walgreen’s, Kroger, American Stores and Shopko. She then joined the New Era Beverage Division of Guinness as Director of National Accounts, where she supported several large retailers, including Walmart, Target, K-Mart, SAM’S, Costco, BJ’s, Eckerd and Walgreen’s. Young cofounded RPG, a category management growth company and merged this business with Retail Forward in 2004.

Young, who graduated from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock, will work out of Germantown, Tenn. and Rogers, Ark.
