Dr. Candace Adams Addresses GMA and Dubai In-Store Marketing Event

Candace Adams, PhD, President, Global Retail Strategy, spoke at two prominent marketing events this month. Adams discussed the latest trends on in-store buying behavior at the Grocery Manufacturers Association’s 2009 Merchandising, Sales & Marketing Conference held in Phoenix’s Arizona Biltmore November 2, and the In-Store Marketing Excellence Conference at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers, Dubai, UAE November 8.

At the GMA event, Adams discussed tools and techniques proven to chart key steps within the path to purchase, as well as how consumer-to-shopper insights can guide optimized marketing, retail, and media strategies that increase differentiation, establish leadership, and improve ROI in a session called “Charting the Path to Purchase.” At the In-Store Marketing Excellence event, she gave a presentation entitled “Designing the store layout to enrich buying experiences and capture everlasting impressions while converting traffic to purchases”.
